The Brauhaus zum Löwen is a Q-certified conference hotel in Thuringia and is located in the heart of the old town of Mühlhausen. The main building was erected in the 16th century. After being rebuilt following the great fire of 1707, it was used as the “Löwen-Apotheke” before the half-timbered house was converted into a brewery and restaurant with a total of over 500 seats from 1991. This includes a hotel with 103 tastefully furnished rooms, 5 conference rooms, a parking lot and underground parking.
